Delivery
Delivery in Switzerland takes between 3 and 6 days (delivery by Swiss Post).
Delivery in Europe takes between 3 and 6 days (delivery by Swiss Post).
Delivery in the USA and Canada takes up to 4 days (delivery by Express Courrier – FedEx).

Parcels cannot be tracked via Internet.

Order from CHF 50.00 to 100.00 => CHF 10.00
Order from CHF 100.00 to 200.00 => CHF 12.00
Order from CHF 200 => CHF 14.00

Europe
Order up to CHF 50.00 =>  CHF 18.00
Order from CHF 50.00 to 100.00 => CHF 26.00
Order from CHF 100.00 to 200.00 => CHF 33.00
Order from CHF 200 => CHF 40.00

USA, Canada (FedEx)
Order up to CHF 50.00 =>  CHF 25.00
Order from CHF 50.00 to 100.00 => CHF 30.00
Order from CHF 100.00 to 200.00 => CHF 40.00
Order from CHF 200 => CHF 50.00

Other countries
Unfortunately, we do not deliver parcels in countries other than the ones mentioned above.

Payment
Order shall be purchased by credit card or debit card. Additional import or custom fees or taxes, if any, shall be paid by the client upon receipt of the parcel.

Unavailable items
We cannot always guarantee that our products are in stock, since at peak times, orders may exceed our expectations. We will do everything we can in order to deliver timely. If a product is unavailable, do not hesitate to call our customer support service on the following number +41 21 693 60 11.
